Shipping & Returns Policy

How much is shipping?

North Island shipping is free.

South Island shipping is free. 

We do not deliver to PO boxes. We only ship within New Zealand and use a third party courier service. Please contact us if you are outside New Zealand and wish to place an order.

 

When will I receive my order?
We will dispatch your order on the next business day after your order has been received. In the event that an item is out-of-stock, we will fulfill the order and send as per usual and send the out-of-stock item as soon as it is in stock, at our cost. After your products leave BB Glow New Zealand, it should take 1 - 3 business days to arrive to you (2 - 5 for South Island orders). Please email  support@bbglownz.com if your order has not arrived 5 business days after dispatch. Please notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have still not received your order.


Return & Refunds Policy
You agree that any refunds requested after purchase are provided only at the discretion of BB Glow New Zealand. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, BB Glow New Zealand is not obliged to refund due to the following:

  • if you have simply changed your mind,

  • found a product we sell cheaper somewhere else,

  • decided you did not like the purchase or

  • had no use for it.

We will issue a credit note or refund only if the items are in a brand new re-sellable condition.


Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Furthermore, as part of the measures we employ to secure your privacy, refunds will only be made to the credit card account used for the original purchase. Refunds will not be processed to any other credit card or account.
